Raise your Self-esteem

Self confidence is like a magic wand which has the power to miraculously create success. When we have confidence in ourselves and our dreams, we can achieve just about anything in life. Our confidence sends out positive vibrations into the universe which attract more opportunities, abundance and positive relationships into our life.

But how can we raise our confidence? Here are a few simple steps to do just that:-

·         Relax: It has been said that confidence is our natural state, and whenever we feel fully relaxed, this confident state comes naturally to the fore. Since the key to confidence lies in relaxation, take some time to slow down and relax. Deep breathing, pranayam, yoga and meditation are highly recommended tools for relaxation.

·         Smile: A smile brings out a little burst of confidence instantly. Don't forget to wear a smile first thing in the morning. Focus on something that makes you feel like smiling and do this whenever you need a shot of confidence. Confident people are not afraid to smile.

·         Be authentic: Don't hide how you truly feel. Don't worry about what others may think. Be truthful and real. Don't hide behind masks. Remember, it is alright to feel pain, and express emotions. Take the risk to be real, and see your energy levels soar. Authentic behavior binds people together while masks create walls. Over a period of time the real, confident you will push out the false, insecure and under-confident you.

·         Be silent: Practice remaining silent for some time. Try sitting like a still, silent statue for five minutes every morning. Initially it may not be easy to do absolutely nothing, but soon you will start enjoying the crystal clarity that fills you up when you sit silently. This silence will free you to find courage to do whatever you wish to do in life. You will also discover your childlike nature, which is confident and playful.

Try these four simple tools, make yourself the number one priority in your life and allow yourself to feel confident once again. Confidence will lead you to better financial situation, relationships, career, and health.

Success follows Happiness

It has been rightly said that success and happiness walk hand in hand; but our understanding of the concept has been slightly lopsided. We are told that success brings happiness, while the truth is that happiness brings success. Yes, we would all be successful if we learn to be happy first. Here are some ways to feel happy and invite success in your life:-

·         Smile: As you flash a genuine smile, it becomes a source of your joy. You don't have to have a reason to smile. Just make smile a habit and never forget to wear it as soon as you get up in the morning. Smile right now and experience happiness.

·         Breathe: We are breathing beings who cannot survive without it. And yet, we hardly pay any attention to our breath. Pay attention to your in-breath and out-breath now. Feel the fresh energy filling you up and the stale energy exiting your body. Feel energetic.

·         Walk: As you take a quiet, conscious walk, focus on each step that you take. Imagine these steps leading you towards your bright future. Anchor this feeling with your walk, so that every time you take a purposeful step, it leads you to the purpose of your life.

·         Be grateful: Happiness comes when we count our blessings, and there is no one in this world, who hasn't been blessed with something to be grateful for. Make a gratitude list right now.  Write down everything that you are grateful for. As you write this list, you will start appreciating your life more than you ever have. Remember to express gratitude to all the people in your life, who have made your life worth living. As you express more gratitude, your life will attract more to be grateful for.

·         Forgive: It is said that to err is human while to forgive is Divine. So, forgive everyone who has ever done anything to hurt or harm you. As you begin to forgive others for any wrongdoing, you release all your resentments and anger. In the process, your happiness levels grow.

·         Stretch: Have you ever seen animals, especially dogs and cats, stretching their bodies? Animals instinctively know that a simple stretch releases all the stale energies from the body cells. Stand up, stretch your limbs and experience the rejuvenation and rejoicing of your cells.

·         Dance: Dancing is a wonderful tool to access joy. You can dance with your friends or all by yourself. All you have to do is turn on some music and move with the flow. Dance as often and for as long as you can.

·         Play with an animal: Animals make us get in touch with our core energy, as they exhibit unconditional love. If you don't 'own' a pet, you can spend some time with a stray animal; soon their unadulterated love will bowl you over.

·         Serve: We are born into this world to offer our unique talents in service. When you serve someone who needs you, you make best use of your body and mind. When you do something nice for someone, your happiness becomes your reward.

·         Pray: A prayer is nothing but a conversation with a Higher Power. Treat God as your friend, parent, teacher and soul-mate. Hand over all your troubles to Him and remain happy.

As you inculcate more happiness into your life, your increased vibration will attract more success into your life, across all areas. So, don't worry, be happy………………….
